How to Book

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Step 1 - Enquiry - Contact us via Whatsapp, Facebook messenger or email us and request our enquiry form 


Step 2 – Provisional Booking

Fill out our enquiry form – detailing the dates and times you'll need us from so that we can provisionally book you in. 

If we have availability, we will confirm via email providing a quote along with our bank details so that you can secure your dates with a £25 deposit.


Step 3 - Meet & Greet

We will arrange a meet and greet with you. You will be welcome to come to our home to see the surroundings for yourself and ensure that your furry family member is happy with us and the environment. This gives us a chance to meet in person and discuss your bespoke details/requirements. 


Step 4 - Enrolment Forms 

Once we’ve completed the initial meetandgreet and you and your fur baby are completely happy and comfortable, we can begin the booking process.

You’ll receive three forms from us:

  • Client Intake Form – so that you can share as much information as possible about your furry family member.
  • Client Agreement Form 
  • Veterinary Emergency Form

We’ll also arrange additional meet and greets so your four legged friends can become fully familiar with us and our home. These shorter visits are ideal if you’d like to leave them with us for a couple of hours while you pop to the shops or go out for lunch.


Step 5 - Payment

The rest of the payment will be due closer to the start date of your booking - ideally 14 calendar days before. 

We do have a cancellation policy as we know plans can change which will be:

  • Up to 21 calendar days before booking start date full refund of your deposit
  • 10 calendar days before the booking start date: 50% charge
  • Less than 10 calendar days before the booking start date 100% charge


Step 6 - Service

We'll be in touch 14 days prior to the start date to agree timings etc


Step 7 – On the day

We will run through the forms to ensure nothing has changed. 

  • Please bring with you the following to make their stay as perfect as possible
  • Leads/collars/coats
  • Favourite Toys
  • Food/Treats
  • Bedding/Blankets 


Step 8 – During the Stay

We will send you daily updates and photos of their doggy holiday
